Gregory A. Szoka has been practicing law in Harford County since 1980. In 1986, his prior firm, Keenan, Carson and Szoka, joined with several of his current principals to form Stark and Keenan, P.A. He represents and has advised individuals and business owners regarding issues that occur either in the formation and continuation of business, in the sale and transfer of the business, or in civil litigation. Greg is also involved in real property sales, acquisitions, leases and financing of all types, from single-family homes to complex commercial financing. He is a title insurance agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company. He also sits as a hearing examiner in education cases throughout the state.
