Retired Shareholder

Elwood “Woody” Stark, Retired Shareholder, is a native of Havre de Grace. He practiced law for nearly 40 years, primarily in Harford and Cecil counties. During his years as an attorney he helped clients accomplish their goals in a wide range of legal matters.  Over the last 15 years, he concentrated on helping individuals address the complex issues associated with aging. Mr. Stark is also an accomplished municipal and government affairs attorney, and while in practice assisted citizens who were confronted with issues resulting from interaction with County Governments.

For over 30 consecutive years, Mr. Stark earned an AV® Preeminent Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible professional rating, recognizing that he possesses the highest standards in ethical behavior and in legal ability.
