Robert S. Lynch has been practicing law in Maryland for nearly 30 years. He brings a unique perspective to the legal profession, having previously worked as a Professional Land Use and Environmental Planner. With his extensive knowledge and experience in zoning, planning, land use law and real estate law, Mr. Lynch provides individual property owners, builders and developers with solid, high-quality legal representation.
